We provide only the best quality products and services, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will try to resolve the issue amicably. 

privacy & safety

Our shipping hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm EST. Orders will be shipped on Saturday only on special occasions. All orders will ship out within 2 to 7 BUSINESS days. Orders normally ship as early as 2 days, but it can take up to 7 Business days excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.

Z-L'or Beauty will not be responsible for late shipment due to holidays, weather, natural disaster or carrier delays. Please check shipping and billing address carefully before you place your order. Wrong address opted by the customer will cause delays.

All hair packages require a signature from the customer. if you chose to decline this option, then in the case of a missing or stolen package, we will not be held responsible.

We love all our international customers, but we are not responsible for any custom fee or taxes. Please make sure that you consult with your local shipping carrier for more information regarding this issue.

Please provide an email address when you check out so that a tracking number can be emailed to you. With a tracking number, you will be able to know when to expect your package.
